In the handmade Mizo vessels, the contrast between the coloured glaze and the matt grey body creates an exciting combination of surface design. Next to the coloured area, decorative lines are scratched with a comb into the still soft, slightly silvery shimmering clay, which is then fired at 1000 degrees. The classic design language rounds off the overall appearance of these vessels. The handmade finish and the individual glaze make each piece unique, especially in terms of colour. Mizo sets fresh and dried flower bouquets off particularly beautifully. Since ceramics basically absorb and store water due to their natural nature, we recommend using a glass insert or a coaster if necessary, when using fresh flowers.
