Delicate floral or graphically linear, the Varosi lanterns create beautiful plays of light and shadow on the table or wall. In a special etching technique, the graphic patterns are worked out as openings in the iron sheet. Varosi is then finished with a fine patina. Varosi is intended for indoor use. Therefore, the lanterns should not be left outside in wind and weather, as moisture will cause the patinated surface to corrode. Candle wax can be carefully removed with warm water and should not be removed with sharp objects that scratch the surface.
